Possible issues with POLi payments

When users are on a mobile browser such as safari. The payment error after bank selection can be resolved, in settings, by doing the following:
 

  1. Disable “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”  - this is necessary as POLi  is embedded in an iFrame - therefore by definition is a link to another site.
  2. Allow Cookies.

Please be aware. The error experienced happens as POLi is integrated via an iFrame (Since, the customer interacts with the third-party content provider as a first-party website) and cookies are not enabled at the clients browser. Its mandatory for the users to have cookie enabled browsers.
